A buyer purchases a slime jar on your TikTok Shop, Shopify store, Instagram shop, or custom website at your retail price (e.g. $16.00).
Order Received at KNEAD
You submit the order via our Partner Portal (or automated store connection). You pay the wholesale manufacturing cost (e.g. $6.50), keeping the $9.50 margin difference.
Freshly Prepared in Studio
Our alchemist kitchen prepares the specific texture and scent configuration ordered, ensuring fresh elasticity and fragrance bloom.
Your Label & Packaging
Your custom waterproof labels and safety panels are applied to the jar. We include an activator spray pen and your branded thank-you card.
Direct Blind Shipment
Package is boxed in a clean cardboard mailer with your business name on the shipping label. Dispatched via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail.
Live Tracking Sent
Tracking number is uploaded to your partner portal and emailed to your customer automatically under your store name.

Processing Times & Turnaround
Standard white-label dropship orders are poured, packed, and tendered to the postal carrier within 2 to 4 business days of order receipt. During high-volume holiday drops, turnaround times are communicated transparently via your partner dashboard.
Domestic & International Shipping Rates
Postage is charged at commercial discounted carrier rates based on package weight and postal zone (typically $4.50 - $6.80 for a single 8 oz jar within the contiguous US). Tracking is included on every package.
Transit Damage & Customer Support
If a parcel is damaged by the carrier during transit, provide photographic proof through your partner portal within 7 days of delivery. We will dispatch a complimentary replacement jar directly to your customer at no cost to your business.
Every batch produced in our studio includes internal lot identification, production timestamping, and recipe logs to ensure consistent sensory consistency across repeat orders.
All slimes are formulated with non-toxic, cosmetic-safe ingredients and washable PVA bases (ages 3+). Decorative clay toppers and fimo mix-ins are craft components strictly not for consumption.
We act as your behind-the-scenes manufacturing co-packer. Customer shipping mailers and packing slips carry your brand name and store details without KNEAD consumer storefront markings.
