What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for White-Label production?

Our starter white-label minimum is just 50 total units across your collection (minimum 12 units per recipe/SKU). This allows new brands to launch with 4 distinctive slimes without holding massive inventory.
How does Dropshipping work? Does KNEAD’s name appear anywhere on packages?

No. All dropship orders ship in plain, unbranded Kraft shipping boxes or custom branded boxes with your brand name on the shipping return label and packing slip. The customer never sees KNEAD. We operate as your invisible manufacturing and fulfillment warehouse.
How are orders passed from my website to KNEAD for dropshipping?

Partners currently submit orders directly through our streamlined B2B Partner Portal or CSV batch upload. Direct automated connectors for Shopify and WooCommerce are currently in planned beta testing.
What happens if a customer receives a damaged jar in the mail?

We photograph every order during packing. In the rare event of transit damage or leakage reported within 48 hours with photo evidence, we dispatch an immediate replacement directly to your customer at zero additional cost to you.
